Refund & Return Policy

Return Window We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Hygiene & Safety Exceptions Due to health and safety regulations, certain chemical products (including gels, polishes, glues, and liquids) are not returnable if they have been opened or the safety seal has been broken. These items can only be returned if they are in their original, factory-sealed condition.

Sale Items We do not have "Final Sale" restrictions based on price. Clearance items and items purchased with discount codes are eligible for return provided they meet the condition and hygiene requirements listed above.

Return Shipping Costs For "change of mind" returns or accidental orders, the customer is responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label. We only offer free return shipping and provide a pre-paid label if the item arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item.

Restocking Fees We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. If your return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will also provide the pre-paid return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 calendar days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
